POLICY

ALL RATES AND CONFIRMATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO AUDIT AFTER ORDER COMPLETION
At BLACKWAZE, we strive to provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent pricing for our exceptional transportation services. While we make every effort to estimate the costs associated with your order, please note that all rates and confirmations are subject to audit after the completion of your journey. This is to ensure that the final charges accurately reflect any additional expenses incurred during the trip.
TO INCLUDE ACTUAL TOLLS, PARKING FEES, FUEL CHARGES, ADDITIONAL STOPS & TIME ALLOTTED, ETC.
In order to offer you the highest level of convenience and comfort, our pricing is designed to cover various aspects of your transportation needs. Apart from the base rate, our charges include actual tolls, parking fees, fuel charges, additional stops, and the allocated time for your journey. We believe in providing a comprehensive package to give you a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
HOURLY JOBS ARE BILLED BY THE NUMBER OF HOURS YOU ORDERED THE VEHICLE FOR; THEN IN 1/2 HR INCREMENTS THEREAFTER.
For hourly bookings, we bill based on the number of hours you initially reserved the vehicle for. Beyond that, additional time will be billed in half-hour increments. This way, you have the flexibility to extend your trip if needed, allowing you to make the most of your travel arrangements.
MINIMUM POSTED NUMBER OF HOURS; IS ONLY THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS WE WILL ACCEPT AN ORDER FOR, NOT WHAT YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR.
The minimum posted number of hours serves as a guideline for accepting orders, ensuring that our fleet is efficiently utilised. However, it is important to note that the minimum posted number of hours is not necessarily the amount you will be billed for. You will be billed based on the actual duration of your trip, including any additional time beyond the minimum requirement.
DIRECT TRANSFER (POINT TO POINT, AIRPORT RETURNS) ORDERS HAVE A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD AT PICK-UP (EXCEPT AIRPORT ARRIVALS); IF YOU EXCEED THE GRACE PERIOD YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN 30 MINUTE INCREMENTS EQUAL TO STATED VEHICLE HOURLY RATE.
For direct transfer orders, such as point-to-point trips or airport returns, we offer a generous 15-minute grace period at pick-up, with the exception of airport arrivals. If you exceed this grace period, you will be charged in 30-minute increments at the stated vehicle's hourly rate. This ensures that our drivers are able to maintain a punctual schedule while accommodating any unforeseen delays that may arise.
PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
We would like to inform our valued customers that pricing is subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to maintain consistency in our rates, factors such as fuel costs, external charges, and market conditions may necessitate occasional adjustments to our pricing structure. Rest assured, we will always provide you with clear and updated information regarding any changes to the cost of our services.
At BLACKWAZE, we value your satisfaction and aim to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and transparency. If you have any further questions or concerns about our pricing policies, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated customer support team. We look forward to serving you and ensuring you have a safe and enjoyable travel experience.
